Phở khô (Phở hai tô) (Đặc sản Gia Lai)
Phở khô là một món ăn mang đậm dấu ấn ẩm thực của khu vực Gia Lai. Sự khác biệt căn bản của món ăn này so với phở nước truyền thống là hình thức phục vụ tách biệt giữa phần bánh phở và phần nước dùng. Sợi phở được chế biến hoàn toàn từ bột gạo nguyên chất, qua các công đoạn ngâm, xay nhuyễn và kéo sợi thủ công.
